Once received, we will review your enquiry and confirm any details with you. Following that you will be provided a personal checkout/payment link. Once completed you will recieve confirmation of your order via email.
In the event that we cannot begin crafting your piece(s) immediately, you will be notified upon enquiry and given the option to join a waiting list for the item(s).
All pieces are crafted by hand and the length of that process varies from piece to piece. Estimated production times for specific pieces can be found in the ‘Delivery’ section of their respective pages.
Once ready, orders are shipped tracked and fully insured via DHL Express and require a signature upon receipt. You will receive tracking information and an estimated delivery date upon dispatch.
Shipping is complimentary on all orders.
All orders are shipped from the UK with Import Duties and Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers based outside the UK will be contacted by DHL in advance of delivery for collection of these fees, which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Due to every piece of our jewellery being made to order, all sales are final.
To maximise the longevity of your jewellery:
Treat with care and avoid wearing during any activities which may result in physical impact to or strain on the ring, such as exercise.
Avoid immersing your jewellery in water and keep away from harsh chemicals such as cleaning products, bleach, vinegar, chlorine, hand sanitiser and similar.
Remove your jewellery before bed, showering and washing your hands.
Put your jewellery on last to avoid exposing it to perfume, hair products and other cosmetics.
Store your jewellery separately.
Clean your jewellery using a soft dry lint-free cloth.
If a more thorough clean is required, gently clean using a soft bristle brush and warm soapy water. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
REPAIRS
Every one of our pieces is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail and care, using only materials of the highest quality. With time, your pieces will require maintenance and in some instances, repair.

Repairs are assessed on a case by case basis and a fee may be payable depending on the extent of work required. Please note that shipping and associated charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DEFECTS
All of our jewellery is subject to a 12 month repair warranty, which covers production defects only.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear from regular use or loss of an item or part of an item, including gemstones. To make a warranty claim, please send an email no later than 12 months from the delivery date to post@preece.eu. Please include your order number, description of the defect and photo of the item.
Depending on the nature of the damage, we will arrange a return for you and carefully assess the piece upon receipt. If your piece is confirmed to have a production defect, it will be repaired free of charge.
Please note that plating wear (including rhodium), scratching or chipping of gemstones are not considered production defects.
